What does Tuition Include?
Tuition for Infants includes breakfast, lunch and a snack ONLY if your infant is old enough to eat solid foods without assistance. But no worries! We will help to transition your infant from the bottle to table food with ease. Tuition for Toddlers includes breakfast, lunch and a snack.
Tuition and fees are based on caregiver-to-child ratio and class size, and change when the child moves into the next room. All tuition fees are weekly regardless of class days per week--there are no discounts or credits for holidays or absences. Tuition and fees are subject to change. The Center attempts to provide notice at least three months in advance of such changes. We do accept daycare vouchers!
How do I pay my Child's Tuition?
You have several option in which to pay for your child's monthly tuition. You may pay by credit card, personal check, money order, day care voucher or through tuition express, an automated tuition billing service. Parents who opt to pay for the entire year will receive $500 off the total tuition.
Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Angels & Cherubs, Inc. Unless prior written arrangements are made, all fees must be received on or before the 20th day of the prior month in which child care services will be rendered. So, for example, if you would like to pay Septembers tuition, it must be paid on or before August 20th.
To enroll your child in our program, you must pay the first months tuition to secure your spot in your child’s classroom. Each month the tuition is due on the 20th of the previous month. So, for example, for Septembers tuition, you would pay your tuition no later than August 20th. You have a 10 day grace period. After this grace period, you will be charged a late fee of $50. Due to the high demand for infant/toddler care, if payment is not received after 15 days from the original due date, your child will be removed from the program and the spot will be filled with someone from the waiting list.
Drop In Care
The Center offers drop in service, space and staff permitting, at a daily rate for families who need short term care. The fees are $115 per day for infants and toddlers. Drop-in services must be reserved in advance and are only available when space allows.
Deposits and Other Fees / Tuition:
· A deposit of one week's tuition is required to hold a space when offered. The deposit is held by the School and applied to the child's first week's tuition.
· If you accept a space and then elect to not enroll your child at ANGELS & CHERUBS, INC for any reason, you would FORFEIT this deposit.We typically do not offer spots and accept deposits more than 3 months ahead of when the spot is available. If a family changes plans after accepting a spot, we have to scramble to find a replacement family. Sometimes we are successful, but sometimes we are not and the center loses money. In addition to the extra resources we have to expend to find a new family, this situation also results in us having turned down other families who very much wanted to become a part of Angels & Cherubs who then commit to other arrangements. We need families to be absolutely sure they are committed to coming when they accept a space by putting down their deposit.
· A cash fine of $2 for each minute or portion thereof is paid directly to the staff for late pick-up of a child. Continual late pickup will result in dismissal from the center.
· While we understand that families sometimes need part-time and temporary options, the center does not officially offer these options. When we are able to make exceptions to this policy, it will be under conditions that ensure that the spots are fully paid for each week. Families interested in this option should make arrangements with a cooperating part time family before contacting the center.
